Crafting Unforgettable Floral Experiences
When a couple first reaches out to us for their wedding day, we schedule a preliminary consultation. The initial consultation can be held either by telephone or in person. We prefer in-person consultations to be able to comfortably bring together all design and wedding ideas forward as well as view the options available for floral and rentals. We discuss your must-haves and must-nots as well as any photograph inspirations that you have for your dream wedding. During the consultation we ask that you have a prepared budget, so that we can discuss logistics and florals that suit your taste and price range. By the end of the consultation we should come together to have a set colour palette and style to suit your wedding’s season and venue.
After the consultation, we will prepare an estimate for you which will breakdown the different areas and elements being allocated into the budget. Once you have secured your date, our boutique will prepare an itemized invoice as well as mood board.
Special events and weddings can require 1-3 meetings, it is completely understandable to change details between preliminary and actual event. Our boutique is available once booked to provide any assistance/advice in décor/design elements to ensure that they are cohesive in the floral palette and design. We schedule a final meeting one month before the event to finalize all details. Once everything has been finalized, you may leave it in our hands to execute and bring your vision to life!
