Facts and Questions

  • We accept orders for same day delivery before 11am. If you require florals for the same day, please call the boutique at 416-654-0101 to confirm availability. If we are unable to accept the delivery, we can arrange for boutique pick up or next available delivery date.

  • Our deliveries are completed before 5pm for businesses and before 7pm for residences. We cannot guarantee any delivery times. Should you wish to arrange for a timed delivery, you may inquire with the boutique directly and additional fees will apply.

    We use a private courier service for our local deliveries and they do not offer tracking at this time. We are unable to notify when the flowers have arrived, however if you have any questions you may reach us at 416-654-0101.

  • If the recipient is not available at the time the delivery is completed, our courier will leave the order at the door or with reception/concierge. We require recipient’s telephone number so that our courier as well as our boutique can inform the recipient of the delivery.

    In case of severe weather conditions, flowers cannot be left exposed or outside. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the delivery will be rescheduled for the next day and an additional delivery fee will apply.

  • Our boutique is open Tuesday to Saturday. We are open on select holiday weekends as well! (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day). When working on special events/weddings, our boutique does close it’s storefront. We recommend always checking our google hours or Instagram for holiday hours.

    For any orders being sent to a sympathy service, we do offer Sunday/Monday delivery. Please reach out to the boutique directly to order.

  • Our local courier service views each boxed package as an item, therefore each item is subject to a delivery fee. If placing a large order please contact us directly for any delivery fee inquiries.

  • Our boutique is fortunate to have a local courier that offers deliveries to Toronto, GTA, as well as Hamilton region.

    The delivery postal code will automatically generate the appropriate delivery fee at checkout. If not, please call our shop at 416-654-0101 for assistance.

  • All images on our website are to depict our aesthetic, style, approximate sizing and price points. All arrangements are custom made using the best flowers available per week/season. Our floral selection of blooms and colours vary daily based on availability. We are unable to confirm exact replicas and our boutique reserved the right to make substitutions when required to our best available product. For any special requests, please leave a note when completing your order online or call us directly.

  • We strive to provide fresh and unique florals with a guaranteed vase life of 48 hours once received. Due to the delicate nature of florals, each bloom or foliage has a different lifespan, however cut flowers will usually last between 3-7 days. We encourage you to remove fading stems to reduce bacteria within your arrangement. The lifespan of your florals is also dependent on the conditions within your home/business. Keeping florals out of direct sunlight, away from heat sources as well as trimming your floral stems and refreshing the water in vases will help maintain a longer vase life.

    The back of our delivery tag includes care instructions for all Fresh and Dried Florals, Preserved Moss Arrangements as well as our Potted Plants.

  • If you have any questions or concerns in regards to your order, we ask that you contact our boutique directly at 416-654-0101 or via email at mimosafloralboutique@gmail.com. We take pride in ordering fresh, high quality and unique floral arrangements and our customer relationships are extremely important to us. All of our flowers, plants and preserved moss are packaged to ensure they arrive safely and in best condition. Unfortunately, there are times when they are damaged in transit, which is beyond our control. If your order arrived and the blooms do not appear fresh or something is damaged,you received the wrong item, you must email or call us immediately. We ask that you provide a photo of the order as well as a description of the issue. Our boutique will evaluate the issue and take the best course of action. Should the order be damaged, a replacement will be provided. Our boutique doe not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.
